Hi! My name is Hannah Bacani.

I am honored to become the new Director of the Campus Ministry Center. I am passionate about my local community and the opportunity to bring a little bit of my own good into this world. I am born and raised here in Lawton, Oklahoma, graduating from Lawton High School in 2018. In recent years, I spent time in Virginia and Houston building experience in leadership, marketing and education. I have to come back to Lawton with a new perspective in caring for my community and church. Since being back home, I have been able to join my church’s praise team, become a member of the International Festival committee and spend time with those that matter most to me. 

My goal for this upcoming semester is to unite young adult students from all different backgrounds that have a common place to share their thoughts and opinions, whilst learning about a whole new world out there and how they make their place in it. I understand from my own experience how hard it can be to find a safe place to speak about what might be confusing or difficult in your life, especially in navigating my faith.

In a young person’s life, there are endless trials and tribulations you are dealing with for the first time.  Having a strong group of supporters to lift you up in your time of need saves people. I have a true passion to help others feel heard, seen, and understood through the good works of God. I am looking forward to the new school year and the blessings that the year will bring!
